Mace Energy Method

Energy, identity, and emotional transformation.

The Mace Energy Method, also known as MEM, is a stand-alone energy method connected to the body of knowledge called Causism.

MEM focuses on deeper identity patterns, emotional imprints, triggers, and survival-based responses that may shape how a person feels, reacts, relates, and moves through life.

Carley is currently training in the Mace Energy Method. At this time, she is not offering official MEM sessions directly.

This page exists to explain why MEM is becoming an important part of her understanding of illness, addiction, recovery, and transformation — and to guide visitors toward licensed MEM practitioners through the Causism Institute.

MEM is a stand-alone method and is not mixed with other modalities.

Carley’s broader work may be informed by the understanding that negative identities and emotional imprints can affect healing, recovery, and transformation. However, official MEM sessions should be received through trained and licensed MEM practitioners.

What Is the Mace Energy Method?

A stand-alone energy method focused on identity-level patterns.

The Mace Energy Method is a non-talk energy method that works with identity-level patterns and emotional imprints that may sit underneath repeated triggers, fear, self-sabotage, addiction patterns, relational wounds, or emotional pain.

Rather than requiring a person to tell the full story, relive painful memories, or analyze everything mentally, MEM is intended to identify and clear the negative identities and emotional charges connected to the pattern.

From the MEM perspective, deeper transformation may require working beneath the surface pattern and addressing the identity or emotional charge connected to it.

Negative Identities & Emotional Patterns

The hidden identities that may shape emotional response, behavior, and self-perception.

From the MEM perspective, a negative identity is a deeply held internal identification that may shape the way a person experiences themselves, their body, their relationships, and the world around them.

These patterns can act like internal filters — influencing how safe, worthy, supported, capable, or free a person feels.

Examples may include unconscious identity patterns such as:

  • I am unsafe

  • I am powerless

  • I am abandoned

  • I am unworthy

  • I am trapped

  • I am sick

  • I am broken

  • I am not enough

These identities may be connected to emotional pain, trauma, fear, addiction patterns, nervous system dysregulation, illness patterns, and repeated life experiences.

From the MEM perspective, deeper transformation may require clearing the identity pattern beneath the behavior, symptom, trigger, or emotional charge.

How MEM Connects to Carley’s Work

A stand-alone method that informs a deeper understanding of healing.

Carley does not mix MEM with other modalities. MEM remains a stand-alone method.

At the same time, the understanding behind MEM has deeply influenced how Carley thinks about recovery, illness, addiction, and transformation.

In her in-home recovery, intuitive health assessment, end-of-life, home wellness, and Sanctuary Services work, Carley often looks beyond the surface issue to ask what may be affecting the whole system: the person, the home, the body, the nervous system, the environment, and the season of life they are moving through.

This does not mean every service is an MEM session.

It means Carley’s broader work recognizes that physical, emotional, environmental, and spiritual restoration often requires more than managing symptoms. It may also require attention to the deeper patterns shaping a person’s relationship to the body, home, food, substances, illness, safety, worth, and healing.

MEM is not currently offered by Carley. Official MEM sessions should be received through trained and licensed MEM practitioners.

Training Status & Practitioner Referrals
