Work With Me

1. Business & Brand Strategy Assessment — $300

2. Brand + Website Foundation — $1,500

3. Private Consulting — $150/hour | RetainerĀ

For practitioners, restorative hospitality properties, wellness businesses, healers, creatives, and founders who have a lot of ideas but need clarity around what to actually build and sell.

Includes a 30–60 minute conversation, your assessment questionnaire completed beforehand, review of their current business/brand/website, identification of the strongest high-value offer, positioning and messaging direction, recommended offer structure, and a written strategy with clear next steps.

This is essentially the experience you just gave Petra: you look at the whole picture, distill what is working, see what is missing, and give them a direction they can execute.

For someone who knows they need more than advice and wants you to actually help translate the strategy into a professional public-facing business.

Includes the Strategy Assessment above, brand positioning and messaging, logo development, foundational visual direction, a Wix homepage designed and built, website architecture for the pages they can build out next, basic offer/service positioning, and business card design.

The important distinction here is that this is not a giant custom website package. You are creating the identity, foundation, homepage, and architecture so they leave with a business that looks and feels real and has somewhere to grow.

For clients who want high-touch, hands-on support with strategy, branding, hospitality, operations, transitions, launches, or implementation.

I work with only a select few private clients at a time. Each engagement begins with an upfront retainer based on the scope of work I believe will be needed, with time billed at $150/hour.

These are intentionally focused engagements — often two weeks of intensive work, and generally no longer than three months.

The goal is to create clarity, momentum, and the structure you need to move forward without long-term dependence on a consultant.

Three years ago, when I returned to the U.S. after nearly seven years in Central America, this was the kind of help I was looking for. I had ideas, experience and vision, but I needed someone who could sit beside me, see the whole picture, help me identify the strongest opportunity and turn it into a clear offer and business.

I eventually invested $10,000 in a coaching program, but what I really wanted was something much simpler and more personal: a skilled strategist who could help me organize the ideas, distill the value and execute.

That is the work I do now.

A Note About Fit
Ā

I only take on clients and projects when I genuinely believe I can be of service and create meaningful value. Not every project — or every working relationship — is the right fit.
Ā

Our initial conversation is therefore about more than scope and pricing. It is also an opportunity for both of us to determine whether working together makes sense.
Ā

If I believe I can help, I’ll be clear about what I recommend and what I believe it will take. If I don’t believe I’m the right person for the work, I’ll be equally honest about that.
